Dr Piatok is originally from Mercer Island, WA. His degrees include 4 years pre-med from the University of Washington, 4 years medical school from Hahnemann University School of Medicine, Philadelphia PA, 3 years Internal Medicine Residency, several years fellowship in Endocrinology, extra training to become a certified diabetic educator(AADE). He holds a membership in the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, the Professional Section of the American Diabetes Association. Dr David is also a certified diabetes educator (CDE).
He is an endocrinologist, who has been in private endocrinology practice for 21 years, treating patients ages 8 to 103, both in the office and hospital.
